Herr Harman kam im Januar 2008 zum Unternehmen. Er verfügt über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Investments und seine Aufgaben umfassen Portfolioaufbau, Research, Analyse und Umsetzung von Multi-Asset-Lösungen. Herr Harman hat einen Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) von der Queensland University of Technology und ein Graduate Certificate in Mathematik von der University of Technology, Sydney. Er trägt auch den Titel Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Anthony Tsingos schloss sich im August 2022 als Mitglied des Fixed Income Teams dem Unternehmen an und war verantwortlich für die Entwicklung firmeneigener Relative-Value-Modelle und verbesserter Asset-Allocation-Prozesse. Im Juni 2023 wechselte er zum Multi-Asset Team. Er verfügt über fünf Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Portfolio-Optimierung sowie Erforschung und Entwicklung von quantitativen Tools. Er beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit Research-, Modellierungs- und Portfoliomanagement-Aktivitäten. Bevor Herr Tsingos zu First Sentier Investors stieß, arbeitete er im Markets and Quantitative Research Team von Macquarie Asset Management. Er ist CFA Charterholder und hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Mathematik und Finanzwissenschaft von der University of Technology Sydney.
