Herr Mills ist Managing Partner und Global Head von Igneo Infrastructure Partners („Igneo“) mit Sitz in London. Er sitzt sowohl im globalen als auch im europäischen Investmentausschuss und außerdem im Aufsichtsrat mehrerer Portfoliounternehmen.
Herr Mills war 35 Jahre lang als Ingenieur, Projektleiter und Investmentmanager im Infrastruktursektor tätig. Er kam 2008 als Gründungsmitglied des europäischen Infrastrukturgeschäfts zu FSI und wurde 2020 Managing Partner des globalen Infrastrukturgeschäfts, das 2022 dann zu Igneo Infrastructure Partners umfirmierte.
Mit Igneo als unabhängiger Marke des Direct-Infrastructure-Geschäfts von First Sentier Investors wurde Herr Mills im Oktober 2022 in das Executive Leadership Team von FSI berufen.
Herr Ayre ist Partner des Infrastructure Investments-Teams mit Sitz in London und Mitglied der EDIF I, II & III und GDIF-Anlageausschüsse.
Vor seinem Eintritt bei FSI im Jahr 2007 verbrachte Herr Ayre 10 Jahre im europäischen Investmentbanking bei Merrill Lynch, HSBC und Barings.
Herr Ayre hat einen Bachelor of Laws (Hons) von der University of Birmingham und ist qualifizierter Rechtsanwalt.
Herr Grant ist Leiter der Abteilung Asset Management, Infrastrukturinvestitionen, Europa und Mitglied des EDIF III-Investitionsausschusses.
Herr Grant ist verantwortlich für die Vermögensverwaltung von europäischen Infrastrukturanlagen. Herr Grant sitzt derzeit im Vorstand der Beteiligungsgesellschaften Coriance und Scandlines.

Herr Grant hat einen Master in Business Administration (MBA) von der London Business School und einen Master in Management von Ipesup (Paris).
Herr Latham ist Partner im Infrastructure Investments Team. Er ist in Sydney ansässig und seit 2007 beim Unternehmen.

Hamish Lea-Wilson is Head of Transactions, Infrastructure Investments, Europe and is a member of the EDIF I, II & III Investment Committee.
Hamish is responsible for the origination and execution of new infrastructure investment opportunities in Europe. Hamish currently sits on the board of directors of investee companies Electricity North West, Finerge and Scandlines.
Prior to joining FSI in June 2008, Hamish worked for PwC.
Hamish holds a Bachelor of Economics from Durham University.
Herr Ma ist Partner und Head of Infrastructure Investments in Nordamerika und Mitglied des GDIF-Anlageausschusses.
Herr Ma ist derzeit Vorstandsmitglied bei Patriot Rail und Ports and Rialto Bioenergy Facility.
Vor seinem Eintritt bei FSI im Jahr 2018 hatte Herr Ma eine leitende Rolle bei der Port Authority of New York & New Jersey inne, die Flughäfen, Häfen, Brücken und Tunnel sowie die PATH-Pendlerbahn der Region betreibt. Davor war Herr Ma Managing Director und Leiter der US-Infrastrukturberatung in der Investment Banking Division von Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Herr Ma hat einen J.D. von der Yale Law School und einen A.B. vom Harvard College.
Herr McArthur ist ein Partner im Infrastructure Investments Team. Er ist in Sydney ansässig und seit 2007 beim Unternehmen.
Er ist Mitglied der Investment Committees für GDIF- und WIIF-Fonds. Bevor er im Jahr 2007 zu FSI kam, leitete Herr McArthur die kommerzielle Abteilung von Pacific National, Australiens größter privater Bahngruppe, und bekleidete leitende Führungspositionen bei Qantas in Sydney und London, einschließlich als Leiter der regionalen Fluggesellschaftsgruppe QantasLink.
Herr McArthur ist derzeit Direktor des Flughafens Brisbane, des Flughafens Adelaide und der Patriot Rail & Ports in den USA, ehemaliger Direktor des Flughafens Perth und ehemaliger Vorsitzender der Airports Coordination Australia Ltd.
