Lundi 29 novembre 2021 : First Sentier Investors, l'un des principaux gestionnaires d'actifs mondiaux, a annoncé aujourd'hui la nomination de David Allen au poste de Directeur Monde de la gestion des activités d'investissement.
Allen a acquis plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'actifs au niveau mondial, où il s'est spécialisé dans la création de sociétés d'investissement et la direction d'équipes d'investissement.
Avant d'occuper ce poste, Allen a travaillé cinq ans chez AMP Capital, plus récemment en tant que Directeur mondial des investissements en actions, à Londres, où il a supervisé une équipe internationale.
Il a également occupé des postes de direction dans le domaine des investissements chez Sarasin & Partners, Fidelity International et Pioneer Investments. Dans ces fonctions, il a dirigé des équipes dans un large éventail de domaines, notamment les actions, les instruments à revenu fixe, les actifs mixtes, l'ESG, le courtage, et la gestion des risques et les opérations.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, Allen dirigera les équipes d'investissement de First Sentier Investors, à l'exclusion de FSSA Investment Managers et Stewart Investors, et il participera à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de la stratégie d'entreprise de la société. Il jouera également un rôle clé dans la commercialisation et la croissance des capacités d'investissement de la firme.

La nomination d'Allen prend effet aujourd'hui. Il remplacera Perry Clausen, qui prendra sa retraite du poste de Directeur des investissements au début de 2022.
