To register you will need

• Valid ID – a current passport or drivers licence
• Your Account Number – 8XXXXXXX (included in your welcome letter, this is the 8-digit number starting with a 8)
• Access to your email
• A smartphone with camera
• The ability to download the OKTA App, which is used as 2 factor authentication and will be required each time you log in, once registered. This is an industry standard security measure to help protect your information.  Please ensure that your mobile device is either Android - version 10 and above or IOS - 16 and above
• We recommend completing the registration process on a laptop or a desktop computer, as well as having your mobile phone to hand for the OKTA app and the Onfido biometric verification steps in the process.
• Should you experience any difficulty in completing the registration process and you require support, our team is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
