Diversity, equity and inclusion
Guided by our diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy, we host a variety of DE&I information sessions globally and have active employee-led diversity communities across various regions, one of which has developed an LGBTQ+ Inclusion Toolkit that is updated annually.
The toolkit is designed to educate our internal workforce and further inform our engagement with the clients and communities we serve globally, covering topics across the global LGBTQ+ state of affairs, mental health, legislation and ways we can tangibly support LGBTQ+ inclusion.
In Australia, we are also a member of Pride in Diversity, Australia’s national not-for-profit employer support program for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ people by reducing exclusion, invisibility, homophobia and stigma in the workplace.
