Our strategy

In 2022, we launched our global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy comprising four pillars: belonging, equity, engaging and alignment. 

We continue to embed our DE&I strategy through:

  • Building awareness and advocacy
  • Equipping our managers to lead inclusively
  • Policy and process enhancements, including the ongoing review of our recruitment and selection practices, and
  • By continually listening to feedback from employees.

 

We are proud of our employee-led communities where our people who share an identity or join in allyship come together to foster an inclusive culture. Our communities in certain regions focus on disability, ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+, neurodiversity and socioeconomic issues. They play a vital role in amplifying the voices of our under-represented people and bringing diversity, equity and inclusion to life at First Sentier Investors.
