Dushko Bajic
Head of Australian Equities Growth

Dushko has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry and has responsibility for leading the Australian Equities Growth team and the successful implementation of its investment process across its range of investment strategies. He is also portfolio manager for the Australian Share Fund, the Concentrated Australian Share Fund, the Ex-20 Australian Share Fund and our Concentrated and Ex-20 Separately Managed Accounts.

Prior to joining First Sentier Investors in July 2014, Dushko was Equity Partner at Orion Asset Management where he led portfolio management responsibilities for ASX300 Australian equity funds. He was also Portfolio Manager for the small cap Australian equity fund. 

Previously Dushko worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management as Portfolio Manager & Analyst Australian Equities.

Dushko holds a Bachelor of Economics (Joint Honours Economics & Econometrics) from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.

David Wilson
Deputy Head of Australian Equities Growth

David Wilson is the Deputy Head of Australian Equities Growth. Prior to joining the business in May 2015, David held a variety of roles at UBS, including managing the Equities Research, Equities Sales and Family Office businesses. Throughout David’s nine years at UBS, UBS consistently ranked number 1 in Equities Research and Sales by Australasian fund managers.

Prior to joining UBS, David worked for 20 years at JPMorgan/Ord Minnett where he was a number 1 ranked Telco, Transport and Industrials analyst, and where he was also Head of Equities Research for four years.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Christian Guerra
Head of Research

Christian Guerra is the Head of Research for Australian Equities Growth. He is responsible for the Australian Equities Growth research team, which analyses around 190 Australian stocks. Christian is also responsible for coverage of the Banking, Telecommunications, Transport, Building Materials and Infrastructure sectors.

Before joining the Australian Equities Growth team in June 2016, Christian was with Goldman Sachs where he spent 15 years. He joined as an Equity Research Analyst in 2000, before becoming the Co-Head of Global Investment Research for Australia and New Zealand in June 2012. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Christian worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in the Transaction Services Group.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne and he completed his professional year for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1996.
