Our Head of Global Property Securities, Stephen Hayes discusses how the team are positioning the portfolio post-COVID.
Stephen explains how the strategy is predominately invested in residential assets and logistics assets and both of those two asset types make up over 50% of the portfolio. He notes that only 5% of the portfolio is in old world traditional type assets such as high rise office buildings and large shopping malls.
