In this session the panel discusses how the real estate sector, contributes approximately 40% of of global greenhouse gas emissions, and has the greatest potential to reduce emissions over time. Within this context, our global property securities team has developed a market-leading net zero framework incorporating Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, supporting a portfolio net zero date of 2039.
